The Innovation Echo Alliance provides youth enrichment programs for kids from various backgrounds and economic statuses. IEA’s youth enrichment programs enhance students' academic, leadership and collaboration skills. These programs are designed to incorporate components from the arts and areas of academia into a student’s life, giving them the tools needed to improve academic success.
Starting out with programs primarily focused on math subjects, IEA is finalizing the expansion of program focus areas to include Science, History, and Reading via the development of music.
IEA doesn't stop at performing the program objectives. We then put qualified kids in our internship programs, helping the youth to gain real-world experience while improving their community profile and enhancing students' portfolios for college and beyond.
